The building is located at the corner of Krótka Street and Łukowa Street. It is a multi-storey, masonry and plastered structure. The gable has two zones separated by a cornice supported by pilasters; in the lower zone on the axis there is a blind window topped with an arch. The façades feature frame divisions; rectangular windows are decorated with surrounds. The south façade is seven-axial; in the gable topped with a roof pediment on the sides there are round windows. The building can be entered from the south and the west. The interiors are covered with preserved original vaults: barrel vault with lunettes and double barrel vault.
